Refunds & Returns Policy
Here at Kangu, we always aim to provide high-quality products along with excellent customer service. We believe customers come first and if you don’t feel satisfied with your purchase we aim to do the best we can to make you happy. We will be pleased to refund or replace any item which is faulty or unsuitable if you comply by the following returns policy.
What are our return conditions?
- We expect returns to be made within 10 days of receiving an item from our store.
- We ask that you provide a detailed request which clearly states the reason for the refund or replacement and await a response before returning the item.
- You are responsible for returning the item to us in good condition (in original packaging if possible) with postage to be paid at your own expense.

Refunds and replacements will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. For replacements, Kangu will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the replacement item. Kangu only delivers to the UK. Failure to abide by the conditions above may result in the refund or replacement being denied.
